  • Why haven't I receive an order confirmation, what can I do? 
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be confirmed and 72 hours for it to process.  
  • How can I be featured on Abby Ave's social media? 
Tag us on your post for a chance to be featured.
  • Do you offer returns? 
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns, all is final. 
  • Do you accept exchanges? 
We do not offer exchanges for certain items such as beauty products, due to sanitary reasons. Otherwise, please contact customer service. Keep in mind that we do not cover for exchange shipment fee.
  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once the order has been placed, it CANNOT be changed. 
  • What can I do if my package was shipped with the wrong address?
If your order has been shipped with the wrong address, please contact the shipment carrier. We strongly recommend customers to double check their address before they place their order. There will be no refund. We are not responsible for wrong mailing address. 
  • What method is used for shipping? 
Packages are shipped via USPS.
