Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please keep in mind that we DO NOT ACCEPT exchanges for certain items, such as beauty products. Unfortunately, we DO NOT cover for the exchange shipping fee.  

Wrong Address 

If your order has been shipped with the wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for wrong mailing address, ALWAYS double check before placing your order. There will be no refund.
